Our son wanted this for Christmas to take his pizza making skills to another level and it has. It is a good starting point. Easy to put together, use and master. We don’t have an outdoor kitchen so this size was easy to put away after. The wood pellets were easy to control and manage. The recovery time between pizzas is not a problem as it takes time to shape the dough in between pizzas. Really pleased with the purchase. The service from Stonex was excellent too. Great communication!
