- Choose the right size: Ooni offers different sizes and models of pizza ovens to suit different needs and budgets. Consider how many people you'll be cooking for and how much space you have available. (12" - Fyra 12, 12" - Koda 12, 12" - Karu 12, 16" - Koda 16, 16" - Karu 16)
- Pack the accessories: In addition to the oven itself, you'll need to pack a few accessories, such as a pizza peel, LPG Gas Bottle, or Solid fuels, and oven cover, Pizza Slicer etc.
- Protect the oven: To protect your oven during transit, use a padded carry bag or box.
- Choose a flat, stable surface: Your pizza oven should be set up on a flat and stable surface, such as a table, bench, or flat rock.
- Connect the LPG Gas Bottle: Or take along your Pellets or other solid fuel depending on the model you have.
- Preheat the oven: Turn on the oven and let it preheat for 10-15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough: Use a rolling pin to roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface (if you don't know how to stretch it properly).
- Add the toppings: Spread tomato sauce on the dough and add your favourite toppings, such as cheese, pepperoni, prawns, pesto, and vegetables.
- Cook the pizza: Slide the pizza onto the pizza peel and place it in the oven. Cook for 60-90 seconds, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted...and the base is beautifully leopard printed.
- Serve and enjoy: Use the pizza peel to remove the pizza from the oven, slice it, and serve it hot.
