I’m often out in the bush searching for different rocks. I have found the long handles have an advantage over the short. Then the chisel point rather than pick point is an advantage in cleaving rocks and digging and scapping. This unit is to replace one I made up with an old head and long handle, left it behind at a fossil locality. It's a significant improvement in balance and shock absorption.

Love using it a lot bigger than the small one. I bought 2 as that way I have options with the sizes. It’s well balanced and doesn’t feel heavy but still gets the job done.
