An excellent rig axe, the factory edge is sharp enough for decent chopping (wood, plant roots…..whatever I’ve thrown at it, it has done a sterling job at it) . Really good heft as well (could probably use it for framing as well…)

I use this axe when chainsawing, for knocking in wedges, and de-limbing bushy/fiddly bits instead of using the saw in dodgy positions. Stonex were awesome, great to deal with.
