This Starter Bundle gives you all the tools you need to get started and cooking some delicious pizza's. The thermometer is is used to ensure the cooking stone is at the perfect temperature and is hot enough for cooking while the peel with allow you to shovel you pizza in and out of the oven with ease. The Perforations on the peel allow for excess flour fall off your pizza base so this doesn't get cooked on the base of the pizza.

Once the pizza's are made, simply rock and back and forth on the pizza rocker cutter to achieve the perfect slice and once completed and cool pack the oven away in the cover so its ready for next time.

Requires 5 x AA batteries (4 x Turntable, 1 x Electric Ignitor) Batteries are not included.

Care:

Pizza Oven:
After your pizza oven has cooled down or before you cook in your pizza oven, use the Everdure pizza oven brush to clean the pizza stone, burner and inner housing from residue that may have been left inside your oven from cooking. Use the Everdure pizza oven cover when your pizza oven is not being used to avoid it getting dusty or dirty.

Cover:
Hand wash and air dry only. Lightly clean with warm water & mild detergent. Do not iron, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

Cutter:
Blade is extremely sharp keep away from children. Handwash or place in the dishwasher for cleaning.

Peel:
Hand wash using mild detergent and warm water. This peel is not dishwasher safe.
PLEASE NOTE: This peel is not recommended to be kept inside the pizza oven while cooking, but rather used to launch, turn, retrieve, and serve pizzas. We recommend cooking the pizza on the stone inside the pizza oven. If your pizza oven does not have a rotating turntable, cook your pizza evenly by turning it with the pizza peel.

Thermometer:
Use a cloth or towel to wipe away any residue from the temperature gun. DO NOT soak the temperature gun in water.
